Nida Hussain, the founding partner of NH Family Law, has an Hon. B.A., with a major in Political Science and minors in Psychology and Fine Art History from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with high distinction. She graduated in the top 7% of her class at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008. Her articles at one of Toronto’s national business law firms provided her with exposure to litigation, pension law, labour and employment law and corporate law.

After her Call to the Bar in 2009, she joined a small firm that ignited her passion for family law and helping families at a critical point in their lives. For almost 20 years Nida Hussain has been practicing exclusively in the area of family law and handling matters of complexity involving both children and financial issues. Nida Hussain enjoys oral advocacy and successfully represented clients at mediation and hearings on a variety of complex family law issues. Since 2018, Nida Hussain has been a member of the Peel Law Association.
